Why should I contact you for promotional products?

We provide you with prompt, ethical and value added services with your goals in mind.  You are the reason we are in business.  You can expect clear, concise communication with no surprises.  We ask questions knowing that the use of of what you buy from us is what matters - not what you buy from us.

I want CHEAP STUFF!  Do you have it?

If you mean low price - yes, we have it.  If you mean low quality we will tell you too.  Not all products produced by the thousands of manufacturers available are the "best" quality available.  In this industry, you get what you pay for.  We will be honest with you about the quality before you confirm your purchase choice.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

YES.  Blank or random imprinted samples are available before ordering.  We will encourage you to get a sample if any mention of quality is brought up.  We want you to be happy with the final product with YOUR imprint on it.  However, there may be a charge for the sample or freight cost incurred to delivery the sample.  Also, depending on the value of the sample, its return may be required.  These are details we will discuss during the order process.  NO SURPRISES.

Do you provide proofs before order is produced?

ABSOLUTELY!  Emailed proofs are required and are provided at NO CHARGE.  PDF proofs can be printed out to final size at your location by a laser or ink jet printer.  We require approval before producing your order.  On occasion, we will require an approval of a pre-production sample proof yet this will be discussed upon order placement.

How long before I receive my order?

Most often factory production time is between 3-12 working days depending on the product.  Production time starts when the approved proof is received by the factory.   Factories ship from various locations across the country so a reasonable amount of time for shipping needs to be added to this time.  We ask for an "IN HANDS" date if the item is for an event on a specific day.  Time of delivery is the quality measure we take very seriously.

Do you charge freight?

Yes.  Freight will be added to your order as a line item on our billing invoice.  If you would like an estimate before placing your order, please ask us. 

Will I get a receipt if I use my credit card?

We are currently NOT accepting credit cards for payments.  Please note our credit terms are DUE UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE.

What if I don't like the quality of the product or imprint?

We offer a 90 day Quality Guarantee Return Policy.  If for any reason, you an not completely satisfied with our products or service extended, we will make it right.

Will I get the exact quantity I ordered?

Most often an over/under percentage applies to your order.  Due to manufacturing processes, most manufacturers will
produce up to 10% more than the quantity ordered to cover any unexpected waste during the production of your order.  This is because if a problem does occur during production your order will be complete without a shortage.  If exact quantity is required, please specify upon ordering and an extra charge may be added to your order.   Your order will be billed for the quantity shipped and delivered. 

What is a "set up charge"?

Custom production of your imprint requires a "plate" or "screen" per color and per location on the item being imprinted.  This physical item is created and used in this production.  Each time your order is produced this item must be created to image your artwork onto the item.  Some but not all factories waive this charge on reorders within one year of original order date.
